As Medoc Finder facilities readied for business in June of 2021, the emphasis on COVID-19 testing, in conjunction with other safety measures, became crucial to safeguard both patrons and staff. Our UX team, working hand in hand with Medoc Finder's operational management, took on the challenge of co-developing a digital health solution with Clear Secure, Inc. The ambition was clear: to devise an efficient, user-friendly, and minimally invasive testing protocol that would cater to both Medoc Finder employees and patrons attending various events.
Medoc Finder meticulously crafted a user-centric engagement system, merging seamless user facilitation with robust, scalable application development, ensuring precise management of testing protocols and paramount user data protection amidst multifaceted challenges.
• Swift & Seamless User Experience: We developed digital tools that promoted easy remote registration, seamlessly interlinked with our test site program, ensuring swift COVID-19 test processing and meticulous data validation, thereby offering users a fluid and uncomplicated experience.
• Timely Alerts & Communication: By integrating an alert mechanism, our solution ensures punctual appointment reminders and rapid test result updates, crucial for efficiently managing Medoc Finder’s diligent workforce and maintaining transparent communication.
• Collaborative Touchless Solutions: Forming a pivotal partnership with CLEAR Health Pass+, we aimed to provide a touchless product solution, which culminated in a revitalized mobile application, streamlining the validation of vaccination statuses, temperature checks, and swift procurement of test results.

On completion, the outcome was a transformative digital experience, elevating the Medoc Finder test site program. Reflecting upon the project, a significant realization was the indispensable nature of human interaction in the hospitality domain.
